Shipping Information

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders 8 lbs. or more within the continental United States. Orders less than 8 lbs. will be charged a shipping fee of $18. All orders will be via ground using UPS, unless you have purchased expedited shipping.

We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders will ship out the same day when placed before 12pm MST. All orders placed after 12pm MST will be shipped the following business day. Each order arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is placed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and then another email from Boat to Bowl once your order has been shipped. 

You can track your package at any time by logging into your Account on our website.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address before placing your order to expedite the shipping process and to avoid any potential delays with your package. We want you to get your products as quickly as possible!

Please note that Boat to Bowl is not responsible for delays due to UPS. We understand that shipping delays may occur, so please reach out with any concerns and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We know from thorough taste testing that most cats will love Boat to Bowl, but if for any reason your four-legged family does not, we will be happy to refund you your money back for one bag of any 4 lb. Boat to Bowl dinner. We encourage you to purchase a small bag or a sample bag to ensure your pet likes the food before purchasing larger quantities.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS:

  • This refund applies only to Boat to Bowl 4 lb bags.

  • We will refund the cost of one bag only and one refund per household. This applies only to your first order with us.

  • This only applies to food purchased directly from Boat to Bowl Pet Food either over the phone or from our website at www.boattobowlpetfood.com. We are not able to refund you the purchase price of foods brought from retailers or online through web sites other than our own website.

  • Claims must be made within 15 days of purchase.

  • We will refund you the delivered cost of the food – Other costs such as shipping or postage are not refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used at checkout.

  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, a coupon code cannot be applied retroactively. The coupon code must be applied at checkout. All orders are final once placed.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on gift cards.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

Please email customerservice@boattobowlpetfood.com and include your name, address, order number, and reason for return.

Our Return Policy

Since this is a consumable product, we do not accept returns. If your pet does not like Boat to Bowl, please let us know. We'll be happy to refund you the purchase price of the product (applies only to 4 lb bags).

Please share your extra Boat to Bowl Pet Food with another cat. Different cats have different tastes. We know from extensive taste testing that most cats enjoy it, so share the freshness of Boat to Bowl with other pets!

Subscription Management

We send an email 48 hours before your renewal to inform you, therefore we're unable to refund any unwanted renewals. In order to receive a refund on a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged for the order. This can be done via the customer account portal or by sending us an email.

Management of subscriptions is the customers full responsibility. Boat to Bowl is not responsible for the management of the creation of multiple subscriptions, accounts created with multiple email addresses, or addresses with typos. Please make certain all of your subscriptions are canceled. Our team is always happy to help sort out any account errors or duplicates, please have patience as we do our best to get things sorted for you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
